Established in 2013, the UNE Archaeology Society welcomes both Archaeology students and general enthusiasts alike!

The UNE Archaeology Society, as the name suggests, is all about archaeology.

The Archaeology Society (Arch Soc for short) runs a variety of archaeology-related social and academic events and programs for all students, including 'Diary of an Archaeologist' talks, where a professional comes in to discuss their experiences in the field, as well as trivia nights, themed parties, and the occasional excursion.

Be sure to join the Facebook group, or follow us on Twitter and Instagram (Insta: @unearchaeologysociety)

We are a registered member of the ACON Welcome Here Project.

The UNE Archaeology Society would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work, learn, and socialise. We would like to recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and culture; and pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and future. Sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
