General Club Gear Hire (Club Members)

Use this product to submit a request for gear hire from the club. You must be a current club member to be eligible to hire gear.

There is limited stock of each item. Personal hire of gear is available on a first come, first serve basis, however, club trips are prioritised. Submission of this form is not confirmation that your selected items are available on your preferred date.

Available Gear:

• Tent (2 person)
• Sleeping bag + liner
• Sleeping mat
• Hiking backpack
• Climbing gear (trad rack, sport kit, ropes, shoes, harness)
• Headlamp
• Helmet (caving/climbing)
• Bouldering mats

How to check out this item:

1. Add this item to your cart
2. Continue to check out
3. You will be asked to fill in a form for Gear Hire
4.  Fill in your details, date, and select the items you want to hire
5. After you submit the form, the UNEOAC Gear Manager will review your request and organise gear pickup based on availability. 
6. After returning from your trip, please ensure items are clean and returned promptly to the Gear Manager.

Please remember this is not a confirmation of booking, all gear is subject to availability, and will need to be approved by our Gear Manager prior to collection.
